Core Idea Marketing primarily serves clients located in South Texas, including the Rio Grande Valley region. Information on the Site is not intended to solicit or target users in jurisdictions where our services are not offered or where such content would be contrary to local laws or regulations.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver by Core Idea Marketing of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. 18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement you may enter into with us for services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Core Idea Marketing regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
