Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, PayPal, and Zelle. Please contact us if you need an alternate payment option. Your project will officially begin once all required onboarding forms are completed and submitted. No refunds will be issued after the project has started. Refund requests before project initiation will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of Core Idea Marketing.
